Paint

I did a "backyard shed" paint job. I used TCS (The Coating Store) UreChem paint. Epoxy Primer, Base Coat, and Clear Coat. Fiberglass and bodywork was the most difficult part for me. I look back now and doing the paint was the icing on the cake..

I think the thing about painting is that to justify spending the required money on good equipment that will produce high quality finishes, one has to do it often. It is possible to perform a nice job with low cost stuff, but technique matters. Practice is a plus. Also different paints require different equipment and technique. Proper prep is crucial.
 
I painted mine as well with Rustoleum that I thinned out then brushed and rolled on. Good enough for me and easy to touch up after getting rock chips on the race track... but I haven't bothered touching it up haha
