chevy 350 ,tall valve covers with baffels ,roller rockers, can not keep pc valve from sucking oil from valve cover ,tried different pc valves ,constant 15 lbs of vacume on pcv line, have tunnel ram drilled and tapped for pcv hose, sucks so much oil it fouls plugs with oil and smokes a lot of blue smoke at idle and start up,can actually sling oil out of pcv hose after 10 min of running

OK, what do ya have for a VENT in the other Valve Cover ? Are you getting lots of air FLOW ?
You might try to move that hose from the manifold up to the carb if you have a outlet for it there...."BH"

What is probably happening is that the roller rockers are so close to the top of the valve cover they are tossing oil that direction. I would recheck the baffle on that side. Maybe moving it to the other valve cover would help too. On my one Son's 302 one roller rocker is right under the pcv hole with no room for a baffle, so he gets a little oil splash into the pcv valve too.

Yep, here is a shot of what he used. It has internal baffles to drain the oil back into the engine.
