Polished or Clear Coat

I like low maintenance. Should I get wheels that are fully polished or just clear coated? I'm pretty lazy about rubbing and shining all the time.
Thanks guys

Just wipe it over and there you go its shinny again

The problem with clear coats is when a rock or?? chips your clear coat, now you end up with a dark spot, and harder to clean in the end... I hear you about all that polishing, not my bag either, rather be driving and not worrying about every puddle or dirt road, she is going to get used hard and dirty goes with that... I am not a shiny guy, just every now and then... drive safe :)

The last thing I would ever buy is polished wheels. In 6 months they look like crap unless you polish them regularly. Clearcoat can last plenty of years on a factory wheel so on a hot rod they should last a lifetime provided they are done right. Chrome is clearly the easiest to maintain but even in high humidity areas chrome can get rusty a lot faster than you think.
