Putting in a plug for these guys

Looked at their website on Thur after seeing initial post. They showed some brake flex lines which was one of the items I needed. Standard shipping seemed kinda high at $12.00 but item pricing good so placed order.

Order arrived today, 2 days later. Lines look good and they shipped in small, flat rate box and charged $6.95. Hopefully, lines will function as well as pricing and service

Thus far, very happy!

Thanks for the post Choppinczech!

Shipping has gone through the roof. I've bought items that the shipping was more than the product.

yes it has gone up. I know this year that fed ex lowered the dimensional value from 166 to 131 for even small packages. UPS stayed at the 166 but the larger packages they went down to 131. With everyone ordering online anymore from Amazon, Wal-Mart, and the other big players space on delivery trucks is getting scarce. Amazon is the biggest player that is taking truck space.

Drones will take care of that in the next 5 years. Many many pro drivers will be out of a job in the next decade.

Amazon has just filed a patent for an 'airship' warehouse that can 'float' over major population centres and deliver by drone, without long distances being the deciding factor for the little robots. No time off for a drone makes them cheaper than people. Already had trials and deliveries here in the UK.

Worlds getting scary....

Will take a lot of advancement in battery technology before it is anything other than a specialized "courier" type service. From Amazon website........They are limited by battery/motor tech to a 15 mile round trip and a max package weight of 5 lbs. The battery must be changed/charged after each delivery.
The sky will look like a swarm of locusts with all the drones required to deliver the 1 million packages per day that fedex does. And then everyone else adds their millions of package deliveries.
The upside is that all those unemployed truck drivers can be retrained as battery changers. :)

The 15 mile round trip: in the UK, over major centres of population means they get to a very large percentage of their customers.

Sorry guys, I seem to have deviated this thread away from its subject.

Here's another good one. Exhaust goodies from Cone Engineering. Great people, products and service.
