Shocks for '23 T

When getting shocks for the rear is there a "minimum" length one should use? Or maybe how far the frame is off the axle?? DO they have to be coil over or will just plain shocks work well?:tnku:

If you already have springs or a single spring, you only need tube shocks... You will have to check your drive shaft (U joints) and see what kind of travel it has before binding when it turns, that is what travel stops are used for, the shocks can be used for the drop stop, but not the down bump stop... a rubber snubber is used for for that... this should give you the info you need to mount the shocks and to determine the length of shock needed... :)
