Sorry to hear about your loss. I bet you have a lot of great memories with him and cars.

I'm guessing your message was directed to me... If so then, yup, I definitely have great memories with my dad around cars. Obviously many of those memories were from my childhood, but I also have more recent ones attending car shows with him and with my mom too -- she still owns her VERY NICE hot rodded '56 Chevy wagon -- we went to lunch in it last June. (I'd post a photo of it, but I don't want to risk this thread getting derailed again!)

Thanks, I really like the choices my dad made, particularly the use of brass accents and the clean, uncluttered look of the car. Every time I take his t-bucket out for a spin I remember him and smile!

BTW, this is a great thread!!! Keep the stories (and photos/videos) coming...
