Splatter on windshield

I thought the droplets on my windshield was from the oil leak. I fixed the oil leak but today I'm still getting drops on the windshield. Finally figured out what causing it. Condinsation build up on my intake just below the center carb and when I go fast enough it splatters on to the windshield. Anyone else have this problem?

They will ice up in the cold too.
