I think Pete & Jake's makes a tie rod end that has a tapered hole to put a cross steer rod into. Speedway may have one too.

The mustang steering boxes were offered in to different ratios fast at 16:1 and Slow at 19:1 Can't tell if your box has the long or short steering input shaft from the photos, but both long and short are available with slow or fast ratios. I think Pete & Jakes makes an after market Pitman arm for it.
