@scott haley just a suggestion. Go to the plans an updates section and start a build thread. From what you told me on the phone, I think a lot of folks would like to see your build as you move along.

I was planning to start a build tread on day but this will of course be a slow build I do have pictures of what little work I have done #5

I added an avatar of my was rusted fred flintstone floor board, rusted apart passenger side, only 1 good body mount, repaired 72 cj5

When you compose a message, there should be 3 lozenge-shaped 'buttons' in the lower right corner; the middle one should say "upload a file" - click that one and then select your picture file to upload it. You will have the option to display it full size, or as a thumbnail. I usually display thumbnails, since they save a little band width. ;)

When I reply All i see is a red button that reads "Post Reply" and a gray one that reads "More Options" When I create a new thread. I have two buttons "Create" and "Preview".

What happens when you push "More options?" I get a box with an "Upload file" button on the bottom. . . o_O

For several of us newer members, that "Upload a File button" magically appeared right after the first time we donated to the forum.

May have just been coincidence, but it's been more than just for me.
