Need some headers for my 331 caddy motor

I was going to be on my fathers Kookie car duplicate, and it's a 1955 Cadillac 331ci, and according to the him 1949 - 1955 331ci all same stuff... so yes it will fit. We found a true horne manifold, so we switched the manifolds. But we have quite a few extra carbs that's why I would like to sell...

Need some headers for my 331 caddy motor

Cool, the 4 Stromberg's would be cool looking on that style. The manifold I have has the water jacket passage.

Hey Guy! Heads up on all this fuel with Ethanol....

The only thing wrong with running aviation fuel is, that it is a low lead. Not sure on how how that could affect an engine "long term" other than build up on the valves and seats.

Hey Guy! Heads up on all this fuel with Ethanol....

This is a great thread. It should be posted as a must read for all! I have a friend in the motorcycle industry that agrees if you are carb'd DO NOT run any fuel like "E-10" .

    Gt-40 heads

I think the reason the GT-40 heads were brought up was probably due to a cost factor. The "X" heads being aluminum are a great way to go since they are comparable to an AFR 165, & out flow the "P". And let me tell you if you have never ported heads... Its WAY easier to port aluminum then cast...

Air cleaner, scoop, velocity stack form vs. function

Ok here's my 2 cents; first I want to say the K&N air filter that allows the engine to pull air from the top as well as the surrounding band would be great but doesn't have that hotrod flair. The scoop will increase air flow into a normal aspirated engine. This will cause the engine to run...

How would you get a T to "hook up"

I'm just being funny on this; I think the only reason we use wheelie bars on T's is so they don't roll over backwards... Ha Ha Ha

You think Im asking a fair price??

I have seen junk here in Ca. no where near as nice as yours. Most of the owners want 18k or more, I would say in honesty try a Califorina or Arizona possibly Nevada site since we have the weather to cruise in it almost all year long. Best of luck ; Roger
