    Older 350SBC or LS (5.3L 323ci)

    LS all the way. Yes parts are more pricey, but well worth it IMO. As far as trannys go, a TH350 will bolt right up to a LS motor. I have built a number of LS engines for various projects and INO you cant beat the power that you can make out of the LS motors. Once again just my opinion.

    Folks in Florida......

    Eye passed over me at 10 pm or so. Max gusts around 110. Boatds are still on house. Now winds out south and gusty. So far so good. Shop, barn, house still standing. Just have a ton of sheet flow rain water everywhere tgat should receed tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing everything in daytime...

    T-350 kickdown cable questions

    I disconnected mine and just blocked it off on tranny as suggested. The car is so light i have yet to need it for passing etc. I just throw it in drive and go.

    Fred, I am using that radiator in my car and is does a great job of keeping my LS2 cool. I have yet to need to turn on my electric fan.
