Ford F1 steering Box Reverse Rotation possible

I've been searching to no avail. On my 23 T the steering pitman arm points down and it bothers me that it is within 3 inches of the pavement. Is there a way to reverse the rotation of it so that the arm can be mounted sticking up. It would not only provide more ground clearance but would...

Tri Power choices - Holly verses FITech

Thanks for the insight. Nice to hear there are others in snowy cold Minnesota mines up north near Park Rapids. So far it seems to be worth the money to go with FITech. Hmm, now do I rethink tri power verses two 4 Barrels and a tunnel ram. I really like the tri power look and I have an air...

Tri Power choices - Holly verses FITech

Hi everyone . It's cold and snowing here in Minnesota and I am contemplating upgrading my SBC with an Edelbrock manifold and 4 barrel setup to a TriPower. The Edelbrock is nice but I would like get a better look with a Weiand dual plane medium rise manifold and either the Holly tri power they...

New to the T-Bucket world from Minnesota

How about those Vikings? They earned that loss! Really predictable, good thing I am originally from California and like other teams. Viking continue the massive sucking sound they will never get past. GO Packers ! Oh I was able to install a 2 inch extension to raise the steering wheel so my...

    Headlight AIM Adjustment

I think I have a large pipe wrench with the cutout that should work. Mine are pretty bad as they illuminated the tie rod to about 3 feet out front and mostly the sidewalk on low beam. Thanks for the tip!

    Headlight AIM Adjustment

Sorry about this kinda simple silly newbie question. So before I go tear apart my headlights to get them aimed correctly how do they adjust? I have searched for instructions to no avail. They are Dietz style headlights with the one vertical mounting bolt/ stem that the wires run through. They...

Welcome to the club. I'm a new member as well. There are a lot of people on here that know a lot about these builds.

    Carbs

Thats how the Holly Tri-Power is set up. Middle Carb is primary at 325 cfm and the two others pile on progressively at 350 each. It appears to be a nice set up with the linkage and fuel lines already to go.. Was also thinking of placing a single Tri-Power filter like they had on the old...

New to the T-Bucket world from Minnesota

I got it out for a ride tonight as cold weather will be here soon. With such tall gears it is oddly fast and manageable, bombs down the road at 70 no problem. This T-Bucket has the traditional friction disc "shocks".. Only a few more comments and I will post some pictures.

    Carbs

Mine currently has a 550 CFM Edelbrock and works pretty well for the short time I have had it. I am contemplating upgrading to a Holly/ Weiand - here is the simple description. • Weiand dual plane medium rise 3x2 intake manifold • (3) Holley 2-bbl carbs (Two 350 CFM outboard carbs, one 325...

New to the T-Bucket world from Minnesota

Hi, I just picked up this 23 T with most of the attributes and price I have been looking for for many years. It has an original steel frame with functional door, channeled, and other traditional features like many other T's. It's a runner and not a full on show car. It is also a good base for...
