Dorman..... at most automotive parts stores have a universal one that can be adapted, Fastenal, or your local trusty machinist.....
Edelbrock carrys all kinds of carb stuff, also Holley. The Cable ends that has the screw that tightens down on the cable can be adapted....did it about 2 days ago....had to drill the hole out from 10-32 to drill size to tap 1/4 NF threads, screwed a setscrew in, then silver soldered it....done deal.
