Cutting fiberglass dash

These cut the fastest, but messy. Glass dust flying everywhere.

These are slow but last a long time. You have a lot of control and no itch.

These in my opinion are useless. They last about 20 seconds.

Cut off disc or fine tooth body saw or jig saw. Cut it a little big and use a sander to fine tune it for a clean fit.
 
I use hole saws from Lowes cobalt brand to make holes for gauges they hold up very well. Don't use the cheap ones for wood from hf they don't hold up very well but hf does have a professional model that is quite good.
