    Hey guys,

How many layers of mat should be used and how do you get a nice round edge where the front of the
    firewall and tunnel ram meet?

    Thanks, T- Bucket Bob

Not sure just what you're asking, Bob. Generally, I used two layers, unless extra strength is needed, then I use 3. As to rounded edges, you may want to use something with the shape you want as a 'buck' under the fiberglass, or even mold the piece separately before attaching it to the body.
