What does everyone do with that "bellows" type rubber gasket under the lid of your master cylinder? Pull it down? Leave it flat? Does it matter? Is it's purpose to keep the fluid from sloshing around (when it's pulled down)? If it's pulled down it limits the amount of fluid you can pour in.
