GM master, large reservoir at front, smaller towards firewall. Which one is for discs ? I have disc on front and drum rear. I should know, it's brakes 101. It’s been 30 years and I forgot.

The larger one is for the discs.

I remember by thinking about as the pads wear down more fluid stays in the calipers to account for lost pad. Thus you need to have start with more fluid.

Yup, I second the motion. You need the larger reservoir for the front discs.
