My Old new body??

Picked up my basket case T bucket today. The guy that was building it passed away so do have much info so was hoping you all can answer a couple questions. First the grille shell says Bird on it? Not Ford but Bird never seen this before and the maker tag on the inside says Nut bend, can't seem to find anything on this maker. Supposedly the body is 18 yrs or older again I have no idea.
Any help would be appreciated. Sorry can't post pics yet.

Bird was a company out of Nebraska. Sold lots of kits (not the best in my opinion) BUT I had one. LOL Short 84" wheelbase.

Yes its very short, but actually kinda like it. We will see when I get it mocked up. Thanks for the info.

I didn't realize the Birds were that short. I'll have to check out the old literature.
