Spirit Frame Qestion

Got a spirit windshield frame and I am just a little cornfused. The frame is not a solid piece. The bottom is loose and has three small screws on each side. I'm guessing for an adjustment. Can someone that has this frame explain to this dummy how to install said windshield?

23 views and no one knows what I'm talkin about? LOL. I'm starting to think it may be needed for installing the glass. Don't know for sure.

Well, Josh, from Spirit, cleared it up for me. It is for glass installation.
