Changed over to my "Summer" oil today - 15W-40. In the cold months, I keep 10W30 in it. Biggest challenge: I have a magnetic drain plug, and I have a devil of a time getting it to thread into the oil pan correctly. Anybody else have that problem, or am I just a klutz???

Yes I can relate, the mag keeps pulling it out of alignment. I have about six SH grade Neodymium Magnets in my engine valley and oil pan, plus another 4 in my transmission pan. You have to use the SH grade, they are good to 302°F, otherwise they loose their strength.
