Trailer Roof Sealant

Has anyone discovered a roof sealant that prevents the black streaks on the side of the trailer?

I have no 1st hand experience, but . . . my guess would be that some type of epoxy coating would be impervious to chalking and streaking.

There is a white urethane coating that is supposed to be good. It’s pricey. I recently purchased some aluminum fibered asphalt roof coating and it was $100.00 per bucket, and I’m not sure if it was five gallons or four point three.

Dicor appears to be a sealant in a tube. How do I apply that to the entire roof?

Amazon has roof sealer about the same as dicor. Comes in 1 gallon or 5 gallon buckets. Add galvalume metal roof in search

HenrysT - My roof is not leaking. I want something to seal the roof to prevent the black streaks down the sides of the trailer.

Buy a cover will probably be the only answer other than storing inside.
