Trailing arm material

We are planning on installing either a parallel 4-link or a triangulated 4-link to locate our 95 Chev rear end under our 34 Ford frame. Then our T-touring body will be mounted on top

Do such trailing arms need to be chrome moly (4130) or would mild steel work as well?
