Using fleece in custom body work

This is one of the best videos I've seen on using fleece for custom panels.

Fleece is surprisingly stiff when thoroughly saturated. And ends up a nice consistent thickness.

I've had great results sandwiching fleece between layers of glass mat for thickness build up.

That is cool. I have the thumper radio guys do it for speaker enclosures, but the dash is neat.

butch, check this out. Amazing glass work.

It looks like he got all of the OEM parts first, windshield, headlights, mirrors. Then designed around those parts.

WOW-- I love working with glass. Not that good but been doing it for years. I make what I need and did the whole left side of my body.
