I have not purchased any of their products. As a T-Bucket fan, I have run across them when doing searches and have posted the site on other forums. I didn't get any feedback from customers, good or bad.
I found a couple feedback sites with reviews. As always, take those with a huge dose of skepticism. Most seemed happy, one mentioned poor communication.
If at all possible, have your friend go in person and look things over and talk to the people. On big items, it's often worth the time to go inspect and pick it up in person. Shipping has always been a gamble, but this is even more so lately.

Looks like they are in Cumberland Maryland which is about 4 hours away so won't be able to make it up there. But this is a request from my friend in Pennsylvania who was asking for her friend from Maine who would be doing the purchasing haha
