The second (passenger) door was finished today. This door gave me a few fits and the cause was the difference in the thickness of the fiberglass. This hinge needed to be shimmd on the body at the top of the hinge and the wood inside the door needed a layer of body filler to add material to bring the whole hinge out. Both doors need a little more work and then it's on to the latches and striker plates.
All in all not to bad a weekend. Thank you to all that offered knowledge and advice.

All the years of not having to climb over the the top rail of the body will make the "fits" worth it.
