how about emblem tape maybe to hot and not stick

I sanded both the neck and radiator with 100 grit sandpaper and cleaned good with degreaser. Then I attached with industrial strength two part epoxy glue. Very solid; like it was welded.

I first tried J-B weld and it can loose at about 25 miles.
