Fenders on a jag rear

Okay, part of my plan from the beginning was to have fenders. They are "sort of" required up here anytime its raining. But I want them more for the "Ouch that damn rock hurt" protection!

I have the plan for the fronts already, and if I ever get off my rear end I will make the mounts for them.

As for the back, I thought about bolting them to the jag hub, but I am not sure they will survive very long.

Anyone got any tips/tricks for mounting them?

Here is a mock up of the front, I am going to shorten them a touch, but the front will be flat like it is now:

The rear will look close to this, these need to be stretched to fit the tires:

Keep , I built 1/4 fenders for the rear of mine , to make the edges appear rolled I welded 1/4" rod around the perimeter , really dressed 'em up! For brackets I used 1/2' CR round bar ,& they're mounted to the rear axle. I'll try to get some pics. Wife "complained" 'bout getting "stung" dave

Not that I've noticed , when I built the brkt's I had to add the additional rods to keep them from "bouncing"
