Should I run 3/8 or 1/2" from the tank? SBC 350, Flat tops, cam, single four, Electric pump mounted at the tank. A single line or with a return line (bypass)
For what you got.....a 5/16 would be plenty. Usually a 3/8 is for 850's on up in hi RPM applications...............1/2 is for the dominators or the old Crower or Hilborne systems at the pumps that drive directly off the cranks..........
It won't hurt anything to go bigger.....just isn't needed
Brucer is right.....now if a blower is in your future.................
If you are going bigger, remember to use all steel line, except for the short connections, in all reality, it is best to do this with any size fuel line, much less chance if failure along the way... Just always try and keep it away from HOT stuff...
