One year ago today I put my faith and hard earned $$ into an order for a frame, body, and suspension from WINTEC FABRICATION. Today, one year later, I have neither my parts, my money, nor any communication from WINTEC FABRICATION. Cheers!

Man, that really sucks big time. Not my call by any means or my business, but, why are they even left on this forum as a vendor? Good thing is that everyone here should know by now to to order anything from them.

I understand the reasoning behind continued sponsorship, whatever it takes to keep this site up and running. I'm just providing a factual account of my build and the pitfalls associated there-in, if it helps anyone along the way from making a poor decision that is a good thing. I am now dealing with a man with integrity and should be moving in a positive direction soon.

Wintec needs to come on this forum and address the plethora of criticism leveled at them!!!

Nobody on this forum is rich enough to afford an extra frame/body/suspension.

Early on I defended Jim, but this train has come off the tracks!!!

He has a 1 3/4" front axle for Chevy spindles I would love to have but I don't want to gamble the $150.00 he wants for it. I guess I will buy the bosses from Ron and set up my bender and build it myself for $200.00 instead. How does that make sense?

We have a very similar axle for the same price. Ours is 2"

Just received 2800.00 dollars back from VISA customer Service. This was my final payment. Made my initial payment of 2500.00 dollars more than a year ago with a check. That was a big mistake. April 25, 2016. Would have never made the final payment in October but Jim Wilkos said the frame was ready to ship. 3 weeks ago I spoke with Jim Wilkos (Wintec Fabrication) he told me that he would be shipping my chassis package out through UShip. But again never made good on that either. Now he will not return emails or calls. Notified IC3 internet fraud through FBI. We have filed a complaint through better business bureau. And a police report through our local police department. Finally had enough and making strides to get him to pay up. Had been trying to be really polite and not piss him off, but I've had enough. If I can help in any way to anyone reading this please contact me. I would like to see him prosecuted for theft. Nice to see his logo from this Forum finally gone.
