headers turning blue

i have noticed some headers get a blue / orange tint to them
how does one prevent this?

that would be no different than a picture on the wall.
I have read about ceramic coatings , is that on the out side or the inside ,with the out side being shiney?
I dont have a T yet just doing research on what I want.

I have been using ceramic headers for 4 years now and not a sign of discoloration. Mine look like chrome - not as shiny as chrome but very close.

Powder coating is silver and even when polished it does NOT look like chrome. No comparison IMHO. It is however a good compromise.
