5 whole years? Wow! I just took out the drivers seat and welded in better supports, improving the seating position. Dropped the one piece aluminum floorpan and cut it for better access to the tranny. Changed all the brakes calipers to new and improved Chinese units.
Might be putting more miles on it this summer since it now now stops better and I can reach the pedals....
Well, seems Sinister Sally now starts up, runs well and stops great. Folks seem to like her at the car shows. I like driving her around, T-buckets are a lot of fun. Now I am taking delivery of my next project. Factory Five Racing is delivering to me a Cobra Roadster kit in July. I plan to put a Fuel Injected LS engine in it. If you think the guys with Chevy engines in T-buckets get a little grief, wait until you see the melt downs for a Chevy engine in a Cobra! Putting in a 5 speed overdrive manual Tremec tranny. Independent rear suspension, big fat tires and power steering. This forum apparently has given me a lot of confidence and I thank you all.
