Sorry guys i am using my vacation for 3 weeks in Hawaii this year. Mabye next year i love the idea of crusing the 101. But if i mention a plan change to the warden im sure she will put me in solitary. Or worse.

I have got a lot of advice on the title and since all the advice has come from other states I dont want to do something that the state will see as not legal here and flag me . So i am going to try to follow the rules first then if they are total jackasses i will do what ever is nessessery.But if anyone has any suggestions i am all ears.

It doesn't look like to big of a hassle like some states in wisconsin if reconstructed vehicle made after march first 1996 has to have fenders. That is why I bought a prebuilt with existing title.
