I purchased a 4 foot radiator hose set on ebay and was very nice quality (Thanks Jerry). The top hose was a breeze but the bottom was a little testy. I had to heat the hose adapter a bit and modify the adapter cover here are a few pics to help if you are thinking about doing the same.

Nice. Very nice. Those are much cooler than the braided ss hoses on my T-Bucket. Do you have a link to those?

I willpost the link when I get home tonight

Rooster, this is an excellent setup! I have an identical looking hose set, and you're right - one of them was too stubborn gettin in (i don't recall whether it was the top or the bottom one). Did you heat it up with a propane torch?

Also, do you have pix of your overflow tank plumbing?

I used a heat gun . I will look to see if i have any pics of the OF tank plumbing.
