Go to nehrspeedcraft.com and scroll down to the bottom, there you will see a cut out on the 23t in a box were your feet are. look inside the sight for better pics of the cut out. Maybe you could do something like that.

Cheers Mike. This body is a little bigger than a base 23 T so I hoping it will be OK. However if it isn't I have seen the Nehr air scoop arrangement and it got me thinking about an old dry sump Indy Car style oil tank looking thingie or maybe a blister or bulge made from a vintage BSA motor cycle crank case cover that's hanging up on a mates shed wall.
