I was speaking to my certifyer here in New Zealand relating to boosted brakes. His comment to me was that he has failed vehicles for having such good brakes they become hard to control but has never failed anyone for insufficient ones. Hearing this, I decided to leave out booster and will concern myself with it when build is finished if they feel shady.

Do you know which Mico master you bought? There's a bunch of different ones in their catalog. I'm thinking of using one also-I have rear brakes only and they're Wilwood discs. My local jobber usually sells to industrial supply houses and can't figure out which one would be best for automotive use.
