Radiator Question

One of the guys in our group has a T-Bucket that has a "strange" radiator setup. It is two cores with an electric fan in between the cores! Of course, one of the cores is leaking and everyone is afraid to touch the thing due to it's design. Anyone seen or heard of a setup like this?

From what he tells us, it is a 383 stroker with a 6:71 blower and that the fan pulls air thru the back core and pushes it thru the front core ... never seen anything like this before.

I think Babbs made those, but I think he passed and don't know it the company survived. I would think the airflow would go from front to back so it isn't fighting airflow going down the road. If you reverse the wires to the motor, the fan will reverse direction.
