Running Transmission Cooling Lines for the TH350

Saw this at a recent car show,asked owner about it and he replyed "coiled copper tubing around a beer can, put on fittings ,hooked it up.........done" he said it had been on the car
for over 3 years with no problems. About as simple as it gets...............

I forgot to mention that I'm using a Ford AOD 4-speed overdrive tranny. I don't know for sure whether I need a trans cooler or not; but to be safe, I'm going to connect to the radiator cooler since there is one on my radiator. A few fittings and some tube doesn't cost much.
