Shock measurement??

I am looking at ordering my rear coilovers but ran into a question. I made a mockup bar and mounted it to the shock mounts. I would like to keep the ride height like it is mocked up. The question is when measuring for shock lengths, do I take the measurement of the center of the bolts on the mockup bar as my install height when ordering and if so what spring rate? I see information about install height, extended height and collapsed height. I'm lost? I plan on ordering from Speedway so if anyone has suggestions and heck if you know the part numbers I'll owe you.

What is the center to center disatance on your mock up part? This will be the installed height of the shock you need.
