Speedway axle and spindle install

I ordered a new speedway 6 inch drop axle and thier spindles with the bushings already installed. My problem is I new to this and the pin will not go through the axle. Are these needing reamed? Also I found that the axle is not drilled for the locking pin. ???? There is a set screw dose it take place of the pins? Any help would be great!!!! Thanks

If you back out the set screw the king pin should slide in,the set screw dose take place of lock pin. Some time you need to sand some chrome build up out of pin hole,I have used a brake hone a few times just to clean things up.
