I'd be the last guy to say I like surprises because over the years I've not been surprised as much as disappointed..... do I need Prozac?

Today, Four guys in tuxedos showed up at school and presented me with a card.... yes, from my wife, a cloth rose, a box of chocolates and sang two songs in harmony.

This was a really pleasant surprise.

I told the quartet I think she may have done this because she didn't get me a Christmas card. A good laugh followed.

Last night, I had made up a card on this computer with a nice message and left it for her this morning.

Dinner is nearing completion this evening and I bet it won't be left overs.

Oh, Chardonnay should you ask.

I was standing at the counter this morning with one rose in my hand and the other guy had 6 or 7. I kept staring at my one lonely rose all the way out to my old truck. I had to remember to put it in water, so I wouldn't ruin the thing at work. When I was driving home, I was holding the rose. I had it in a flower vase and it spilled all over me in the truck.
