I,m Johnny440 & my first car was a 1962 Studebaker Lark 4d w/ a straight six in it. My father served 22 years in the U.S. ARMY so we moved around a lot. Had 69 roadrunner I put a 440+6 in. A 48 Plymouth Coupe rebuilt stock, 73 Maverick w/ stock 3o2 & a 69 1/2 440 SIXPACK CAR. And my hot rod that I was trying to build was a 26 steel bodied "Tall T Coupe" that I was going to put a stock 302 in, but had money problems and had to sell it unbuilt. I'm looking to restart and put together T coupe for my nephew for when he gets old enough to drive. This site will help.

Welcome Johnny, from Oklahoma. Lots of good information to be had here, and some very talented people.

Welcome! Mopar man, eh? 440, one of the best engines ever! I built a dual quad 440 for my '66 Charger a few years ago. What an awesome powerplant!
