$1.85 here in Michigan. I was wondering, are there any gentlemen who can remember when we in our early teens, when we couldn't wait for the gas wars. It would get down to .18 cents a gallon.

I can remember my dad going for gas on Saturday night in the early 50's. If he told the guy to fill it up they would clean all the windows, check the oil, give him a free copy of the Sunday newspaper and either a couple of bars of handsoap or two glasses.
