I viewed the whole tread on HAMB... nice job on the T! If in fact you want to go with the 4 speed manual, then of course the biggest problem is where to locate the pedals and to carefully plan for it...

This guy Dave (who is an engineer) did one on a Spirit T... this video discusses it with BC (Bob Chester - Owner of Spirit Industries)
