    well,,kinda funny story. My dad has always gone by the nickname "Bird" since I was little. And my business is True Blue Customs,,,Ky fan of course. And around here pretty much everyone knows me as True Blue o_O. So put em together and we got Blue Bird :laugh::laugh:

    My reason for naming my earlier t bucket " Flying Lady " was the Cadillac drive train ( 429 c.i.d engine & th400 tranny ) & a chromium Cadillac hood ornament from the bygone days: 108216361_1_x.jpg

    Before small block Chevys became so popular with the hot rod crowd (after 1955) Caddy engines were the go-to choice for many, including Norm Grabowsky.

    TrueBlue, you're making a big mistake. Letting your Dad (who looks to be about my age) be involved in the project, and then eventually get to drive it will encourage him to pull rank on you in the end, and tell you to go build another one so he can drive this one. They're an addiction! :confused::p So, good luck getting him out of the drivers seat!

    its pretty low tbh. I may be making an adapter plate to allow it to slide up an extra inch or so. I'm going to see how it does before I tear into that though.
