It depends on what state you are in and how you get it registered. In 1923 there were no seat belts, or a lot of other things for that matter.

Back in my early days.....I worked for a race car co. over in Birmingham, Al. and down town there was a place that titled custom cars and rods and such.............I believe that I'm gonna get them to title the T and just do the transfer thing here in OK.......I'm gonna have all the receipts and all.

I'm gonna want some safety stuff in it....its only reasonable for a old racer like me! Ha! :razz:
