I have all his DVD's. They sure did help me. My fiberglass transmission tunnel was the first piece I ever built thanks to his technique.

It's just come out. 4 DVD's set. I'm talking I probably bought the first one off the press.

Maybe add some rubber bumpers to the back inside edge of the door and female pockets on the jam that they land into. That will help stop the up and down movement and take the rattle out of the door latch. The regular dovetails don't always work smooth with the light weight doors.
