Dad's new project

Thought I'd drop a few pics of Dad's new project-- a chopped 1930 Model A Tudor. Dad bought it a month or so ago from Pinkee's Rod shop in CO. Apparently it was started for a guy who gave up way early. Dad got a steal on it! Its been chopped 4" and sits on a super-sweet Pinkee's 32 style frame. It has a superbell drilled front axle and a polished quick change rear. His plans for drivetrain are a '54 241 Dodge Poly motor with a 4-71 GMC blower with dual or triple carbs. Tranny will be an GM 200R4 through an adapter.

I think he's planning on selling his '27 this spring and hopefully starting on this one about that same time.

I'm a fan of chopped Model As but there's never enough room for me.

There are three or four more Model A Tudors in our local club, can't find those pics right now...
