how much is tube axle camber

I have a TP bucket with their tube axle and I was wondering what the camber typically is with a tube axle. I have the toe in set to 1/8" and the caster is 4.35 right now so I figured I would check the camber too.

0 camber is what we put in our axles. I am curios on your caster of 4.35 what are you using to check that with? We have digital levels and it it only reads to .1

Camber with full weight is preferably 0. I would also like to know how you came up with 4.35 caster doesn't need to be that exact it does not effect tire wear just handling(pulling if one side is more) and return to center

Hahahahaha I had to laugh when I seen that Ron. I work with engineers all the time and complain about how many decimals they carry and here I engineered myself. I am using a smartcamber fixture with a digital level. I measured the camber at 0* and at 20* and had a 2.9 difference. 2.9 x 1.5 (for 20* turn) is 4.35. When I just set the level on the upper steering arm it measures 4.5 so I figured it must be pretty close.

I increased the caster to 6.1 and it seems to steer a little better but I need to pull my steering box out again and see what is up with all the play. I am going to give it one more college try and if that doesn't work then I am going to take it to a shop. I checked with my local rod shop and he recommended someone else so we will see how that goes. It sucks not having anyone close that can make me feel like they know what they are doing. :jawdrop:

My CCR axle had 8 deg built into the axle. I am running 10 . The original ford model t had 3 to 5 deg from the factory.

They are talking how much camber not caster if you ran 10 degrees camber you would be lucky to get 100 miles out of them.
