Lake Header baffles

Has anyone built their owne Lake Header baffles. How much did they reduce the sound??? 25% 50% Any pics???

I didnt build mine ,they are from gear drive ,took baffels out and it didnt make much difference with or without,I run without I like a hot rod that sounds like a hot rod I hate to hear a guy start up a really nice car and it sounds like grandpas station wagon
