You gotta embrace it if that's the theme!
I just hope the actual product makes you happy.

This pic makes it look like it is printed to look 3D not actual bumps. fabr.jpg

I've been working on my tranny tunnel (doghouse). It's coming along pretty good. I removed the spider's head & replaced it with a skull.

I plan to install windshield wipers under the cowl area. I plan to use a 1972 VW beetle wiper assembly. I've ordered the parts from Ebay , just waiting for deliveries. The wiper assembly is supposed to arrive on Monday 4-13-2026. I recently purchased a seat ( back seat from a jeep wrangler) this is my 3rd attempt at finding a seat to fit. I'm also working toward a running engine ( it's about time ). I also converted my fuel system from a carbureted system to fuel injection. I'm using a Fitech set up. I dumped the bearclaw system on my doors & i'm returning to an earlier setup. ( 32 ford door latch assembly ). I hung on to my inner door handles which fits the exterior door handles ). I located a pair of striker plates from Speedway Motors ). Time to FABRICATE.

Tim over at the HAMB incorporated wipers on his T.
I can't say I've seen any others with them in the cowl. It took a lot of planning and fab to get them in and working. He also included a heater and defrost, which upped the complication factor by 100!
This link drops you into page 33 of his build, where the wipers start. I would consider his build top notch so you may want to read through the whole thing.

with an open t bucket you get almost as much water on the inside as the outside! That may be different with normal buckets! Remember my car had the rear wheels directly beside the driver! With the front end 100" basically from the windshield when you turn at certain speeds the rooster tail cleared the windshield and ended up in your lap! Rain driving was not ideal and avoided as much as possible. I laughed at my wife wringing water out of her pony tail! Remembering stuff like this is great fun! Thanks! Makes an old man young again!

I live in the SW desert, so don't have to worry about rain much. It doesn't go out in that so far.
Tim lives in the Pacific North West, and wants to be able to drive in fog and rain. He has put a lot of thought and effort into making his T a usable car. All of that is currently out while he is shaking it down and enjoying it. Once finished, I expect it to be comfy.

Even with a top, enough water ends up inside, such that a wiper on the inside would be pretty useful.

At one time I found an old T windshield frame with a hand wiper that had both inside and outside blades.

My project car has a hardtop. The hardtop was purchased from spirit cars in Flippin Arkansas. Longjohn and Rich B , You're comments do NOT apply to my project. Somehow other builders think i'm building a summer use only vehicle. I am building a 24-7 all day , all WEATHER vehicle. I've been building this vehicle for 8 years now. LOL !! I've been hearing these kind of comments for a long time now.

I apologize for my attitude. We need to maintain our team spirit. Rich B , the inside blade is because the wiper is hand operated by the driver ( hth ).
